Six kinds of care, one practitioner
Hands-on care and exercise, chosen to suit what I find at your assessment.
Chiropractic care
Gentle joint mobilisations and adjustments, followed where it fits by rehabilitation exercises.
Rehabilitation and exercise programs
Exercises for stability and movement control, followed by endurance and strength work.
Trigger point dry needling
Fine needles placed into tight bands of muscle. GEMt and Precise Points trained.
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS)
A look at posture, muscle balance and how you control movement.
Massage, myofascial release and stretching
Used on its own or in the same visit as chiropractic care.
Sports and work injury rehab
For athletes, tradespeople and desk workers: the occupational athlete.
How I work
My practice is heavily influenced by the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine (Czech Republic), focusing on a patient-centred approach to neuromusculoskeletal care.
Rinaldo Gulic, B.Chiro.Sc, M.Chiro
In my practice, chiropractic means gentle joint mobilisations and adjustments. Rehabilitation means stabilisation and motor control training first, then endurance and strength work.
- GEMt Dry Needling, Levels 1–3
- Dr Stuart McGill Method, courses 1–3
- Lewit mobilisation, head & neck
